Robert Ali, MD

Dr. Ali has an extensive background in cancer, hematological research, and internal medicine. He will be a practicing oncologist at Kymera and his vast body of experience will be a major advantage for our patients.

From July 2016 until his arrival in Southeastern New Mexico, Dr. Ali was a Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellow with the University of Miami-Miller School of Medicine in Florida. Prior to this, he served as Resident Physician at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville. During this period, he published several important case reports, peer-reviewed articles, and abstract publications.

Many of these publications involved immunotherapy research in a variety of conditions and situations. Because of the success researchers are having with cancer treatments, his understanding of immunotherapy will be a major plus in the fight against cancer for many.
