Joining Kymera’s Internal Medicine Team, Dr. Ammar Mushtaq brings a wealth of clinical experience to fulfill the healthcare needs of Southeastern New Mexico.
Dr. Ammar Mushtaq graduated from Jinnah Medical & Dental College, University of Karachi, Pakistan in 2015, which led him to earn a degree in MBBS. Throughout his education, he has achieved honors in various subjects of basic and clinical science. He then completed his internship in multiple teaching hospitals in Karachi. After obtaining an ECFMG certification, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Ascension Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois in 2022.
Dr. Mushtaq is trained to solve diagnostic problems, manage long-term illnesses, and help patients with multiple, complex chronic conditions. His friendly and sensitive approach allows him to deliver personalized healthcare in line with patient values.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Mushtaq likes to travel, cook, workout and learn about different cultures.
Dr. Ammar Mushtaq will be serving the Southeast New Mexico community from the Roswell Multi-Disciplinary Clinic and the Carlsbad Clinic.
